Learn to align your body based on the foods and herbs of the 24 seasonal points with Traditional Chinese Medicine chef Zoey Gong.
A seasonal eating workshop to learn how to really align our body with the changes in nature, beyond just eating the in-season produce.
The Chinese calendar divides the year into 24 seasonal points 二十四节气 (also called “solar terms”). These 2-week long seasonal periods make up the 5 seasons and each of these are associated with certain foods. Learn the culinary wisdom behind those seasonal points with Traditional Chinese Medicine chef and nutritionist Zoey Gong. Let us eat with season and tune-in to mother nature!
Ticket price includes ingredients for the workshop.

Caroline questions what the future can look like in a world where nature…
