Join Eater for its very first demo event at the Ace’s Demo Kitchen: an interactive, chocolate-filled tutorial led by beloved New Jersey-based chocolatier Vesta Chocolate. Owners Roger Rodriguez and Julia Choi Rodriguez will take you through building, filling, and rolling dreamy chocolate truffles while they share tips for mastering chocolate work at home.
Brought to you by a husband and wife team Roger & Julia, Vesta is a bean-to-bonbon craft chocolate factory and café where the chocolate is first made from organic cacao beans from various origins with unrefined and organic Panela sugar, then it is used to make bonbons, baked goods, spreads, bars, and more.
