Executive Chef Trey Williams and the Josephine Estelle crew are hosting their second pasta-making and wine-tasting class on September 16 from 2-4pm. Chef demonstrates how to create and hand roll pasta dough then takes the result and serves it with one of our famous sauces. The party doesn’t stop there, we’ll have Sergi Fernandez, our area director of beverage, guiding participants through a wine tasting to cap a delicious meal.
