In September Eater kicked off a book tour in celebration of the publication of its first-ever cookbook, Eater: 100 Essential Restaurant Recipes from the Authority on Where to Eat and Why It Matters, and are so excited to have a New Orleans stop along the way.
In partnership with the Ace Hotel New Orleans, Eater New Orleans editor Clair Lorell will sit down for a conversation with renowned chef Nina Compton, followed by a Q&A. There will be a food menu for sale inspired by Nina’s recipe in the book as well as her repertoire, Garden District Book Store will be onsite with books for purchase and signing, and much more.
