A glimpse of the gallery’s new installation featuring the work of our neighbor and friend Micah Nickens. Following a near-fatal accident in 2020, Micah began painting as a form of meditation while in recovery. His practice of brush and canvas became medicine, and to date Micah has created almost 90 works centered around a story of hope.
We are honored to host the first exhibition of Micah’s work. The show will be up Aug 2-Sept 30, with an opening reception and artist Q&A on Sat, Aug 6, from 6-8pm.
