Oyster Readings is a new project by Cooking Sections created for the Prospect.5 Triennial. Oysters tell us stories of the coasts and their futures. Book an Oyster Reading to hear how coastal inhabitation, subsidence, sedimentation, and offshore drilling are read within an oyster, and what that might tell you of your lives and experience.
*Performances run Friday–Saturday, 4 PM–6 PM
