Capicúa is more than a party, it’s a cultural haven for the Caribbean diaspora in California. Rooted in our love for food, music, and community, we always provide a safe space where all are welcome, and all are treated like family. Founded in July of 2022, our community continues to grow every month, attracting patrons from all over California.

Founder and Chef Vic Ramos, creates and prepares traditional cuisine for attendees, while his resident DJs play music rooted in their rich cultural heritage.  He is a professionally trained chef with 10+ years of cooking and catering world class cuisines, specializing in authentic Dominican/Puerto Rican food. Private chef for celebrity clientele including Cardi B, Offset, Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, and more, he continues to create spaces where Latin food, music, and culture are harmoniously represented.
