Craft & Release 010: Body
- 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Thursday March 26, 2026
- Atrium | Ace Hotel Brooklyn
- 252 Schermerhorn St.
Join us for an evening of live storytelling with Craft & Release where 6 writers will take the stage to share their narratives about the BODY.
Releases are remarkable nights where complementary drinks flow, stories are shared, and connections are made. For creatives, this series provides a space to showcase their most intimate creations with a vibrant, diverse, and engaged community.
Tell us a story about your relationship with the body. Tell us about existing in the body you have and the cultural or societal expectations surrounding its shape, tone, and texture. Tell us about your scars and their significance. Tell us about the body aging, changing, surrendering, or overcoming. Tell us how you were taught to see and treat different bodies. Tell us about what your body holds, what it’s let go.
Craft& Release is a community for artists across mediums to sharpen their skills, share their stories and connect with fellow makers. Founded on the premise that our gifts are not ours to keep, Craft & Release hosts speciality workshops, artist showcases and an array of live and digital events tailored to helping artists release their work into the world.
*please note all ticket sales are final.
