LOAM x Two Good Co. Chef Dinner Series

Loam is partnering with Sydney-based social enterprise Two Good Co. for a year-long chef series, and we’re kicking it off with cook and author, Julia Busuttil Nishimura.

Celebrating the launch of Two Good’s new cookbook ‘Change the Course’,  the seasonal dinner series will see some of Australia’s most esteemed cooks collaborate with Ace Hotel Sydney’s restaurant Loam, creating a menu that revolves around the cookbook’s central theme of ‘do more with less’.

‘Change The Course’ pays homage to Two Good’s core belief that having less time or money should never mean less love and nourishment. That good food prepared with care is a universal act of love – and self love – with the power to change the course of someone’s life. Each menu in the dinner series will honour this theme, creating simple yet delicious food prepared with love, designed to bring people together over great food, great conversation and a great cause.

Tickets include a set dinner menu, drinks, and donation to help Two Good continue their mission to support, empower and employ women rebuilding their self worth and independence following domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.
