Two Good x LOAM chef series with Alanna Sapwell-Stone

LOAM is partnering with Sydney-based social enterprise Two Good Co. for its chef dinner series, partnering with some of our favourite cooks and chefs from across the country. On Wednesday 30th July, we welcome Alanna Sapwell-Stone for the fourth instalment of the dinner series.

The chef dinner series debuted in October 2023 to mark the release of Two Good’s third cookbook, ‘Change The Course’, and continues to honour the book’s central theme of ‘do more with less’. As the fourth chef in the Two Good X LOAM series, Sapwell-Stone, former head chef at the Eltham Hotel and the 3-hatted and much lauded Saint Peter and award-winning Arc Dining in Brisbane, will present a menu that pays homage to comfort cooking and nostalgia with elevated execution.

Tickets to the dinner are $110 and include a multi course menu design by Sapwell-Stone, wines by Balmy Nights, and a donation to help Two Good continue their mission to support, empower and employ women rebuilding their self-worth and independence following domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.
