Every Sunday morning, we’re turning Fenix into a sanctuary of movement and mindfulness. Join us as we roll out our mats in our sun-drenched event space becomes your yoga haven as we team up with Hobnob, Glyfada’s go-to studio for wellness, to bring you an experience that goes beyond the mat. A chance to move with intention in a space that celebrates connection, community, and those small moments of magic that shift everything. This week’s class is led by Vasiliki Demiri.
Meet your Teacher
Vasiliki Demiri brings a rare fusion of artistry and intention to every session. A professional dancer and certified yoga instructor (200-hour YTT from House of Yoga), Vasiliki weaves her background in ballet and contemporary dance into flowing Vinyasa sequences that honor both strength and grace. Currently studying Dance Movement Therapy, she creates space not just for physical practice, but for emotional awareness and inner connection.
Her approach blends breath, flow, and mindful movement—drawing from years of teaching dance across Athens and her deep understanding of how the body moves, breathes, and heals.
