60-Minute Sound Bath Sessions | Every last Sunday of the month
Every last Sunday of the month, we’re turning Fenix into a haven of body, mind, and soul nourishment and mindfulness. Join us in our sun-drenched event space as we team up with Hobnob, Glyfada’s go-to studio for wellness, to bring you a unique experience of relaxation, restoration and awakening. A chance to breathe with intention in a space that celebrates connection, community, and those small moments of magic that shift everything. The sound healing session is led by Andreas Yeravshek.
Meet your Sound Healer
Born in Ukraine in 1982, Andreas Yeravshek has called Greece home since 1999. He is a certified reflexologist, massage therapist, and instructor in the arts of Qi Gong, Chen Tai Chi Chuan, and soft Kung Fu for therapeutic purposes. He also facilitates groups in sound healing, self-improvement, energetic self-healing techniques, and holistic living through seminars and retreats with his project The Way of Εὖ Ζῆν. His path spans over 22 years of study and experience in self-awareness and personal growth, 17 years in Eastern health-enhancing arts, and more than 10 years in various forms of therapeutic practice. His greatest dream is for people to live happy, loving, conscious, and healthy lives — remembering their spiritual origins in the performance we call life.
The Vibe
Sunlight streaming in. A mix of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tingsha and ocean drum setting the rhythm. Come as you are, with an open heart and mind. Bathe in sound and let it reconnect you with your body and soul.
