To honour and celebrate Ryuichi Sakamoto‘s legacy, we’re hosting a conversation between his more trees successor and architect of Ace Kyoto @kkaa_official and more trees’ own @shinkichimizutani in our lobby on April 6 at 16:00.
Kengo Kuma will talk about the space he has created at Ace Hotel Kyoto, his thoughts towards forest and the conversation work for more trees and his long standing connections with Ryuichi Sakamoto and John C. Jay, with whom he has had a friendship for over 30 years.
The session will also include a workshop for More Trees‘ original product “Tsumiki” from 14:30 to 15:30.
