Meet us outside under the desert sky every Wednesday 7.30–9.30pm for a night of auditory bliss, paired with a menu of delights from the kitchen.
Reservations highly recommended and can be made HERE. Limited seating is also available close to the performance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Jerry “Jay Flat” Williams was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago. Exposed at a young age to many different types of music has givien him the tools, knowledge, and freedom to play cross styles. Funk, Latin, Reggae, Pop, Jazz, Calypso, Rock, Soca and R&B, to produce a well rounded and diverse repertoire. He’s also proficient on soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones, Jay Flat also plays flute, clarinet and steel pan. He has worked with distinguished musicians and artist such as, Louis Price; former lead singer of the temptations, Wycliffe Gordon, Liam Teague, Freddy Harris III, Matthew Tembo, Gary Smulyan, Franco Da Vita, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige just to name a few. What can’t this man do?! Prepare to get a lesson in jazz.
