Christina Tosi brings Milk Bar to Ace Hotel Sydney this May, transforming laneway café Good Chemistry into a slice of New York.
From 1–3 May, 8am–2pm daily (or until sold out), the takeover offers rare access to the cult-favourite bakery – with Tosi’s sweet signatures on hand, including Cereal Milk soft serve and her classic cookies.
There’s also a limited-edition dessert in the mix, created by Christina and Ace Hotel Sydney’s Culinary Director Isobel Whelan-Little exclusively for American Express delicious. Month Out, and inspired by a nostalgic Australian classic.
